Antique English Landscape Etchings, Cottage & Trees – Sherlock, 1811
A refined pair of early 19th-century English landscape etchings, delicately rendered and published in 1811, capturing the quiet poetry of the rural countryside.
The first composition presents a tranquil riverside scene framed by a group of windswept trees, their expressive forms reflected in still water.
